U.S. Waffle Company was founded as a privately held organization in Greenville, SC in 2013.  In 2020, U.S. Waffle Company was acquired by Cérélia Bakery, headquartered in Paris, France, providing immediate access to improved baking techniques, engineering solutions, and product innovations.

U.S. Waffle moved to a new facility in Liberty, SC in 2019 to accommodate the tremendous growth that was experienced.  The new bakery is a state of the art 315,000 square foot facility.

Our FDA and SQF Food Safety and Quality certified manufacturing facility co-packs products for some of the largest packaged goods companies in America and produces private label products for retail grocers and food service distributors nation-wide.
